The Marquise PH6 project, which has 114 units and has won a major design award, is being built by QMD Group just steps from Centropolis in Laval. The top floor, nicknamed “the 16th,” will feature five luxury apartment units with panoramic balconies and exceptionally high-end bathrooms.
Our task
ORAM was contracted to install the following plumbing networks and systems:
- Sanitary drainage system
- Rainwater drainage system
- Domestic water piping
- Natural gas piping
- Generator exhaust system
