Located on Boulevard des Laurentides, in Laval, the 10-story building built by Développement TOD will include 291 rental condo units and a common terrace. The Java building will be erected very close to the Cartier metro station, thus integrating coherently into the objective of the entrepreneur DEVTOD to respond to the needs expressed by the population by designing living environments located within walking distance of walk from an important access point to the public transportation network.
Our Task
