La Marquise VII
After participating in phases 4, 5 and 6, we are very pleased to announce the continuation of this great collaboration between ORAM and the QMD Group for the 7th and penultimate phase of the La Marquise project, located in the Saint-Martin district. in the heart of downtown Laval. This phase of the exceptional project from real estate developer Dev Meta will have 15 floors, 112 high-end condominiums as well as an underground garage on two levels. We are proud to be able to contribute our expertise to this exceptional project, which will provide its occupants with a lush, safe and private environment.
Our Task
Our mandate consists of supplying and installing the following plumbing networks and systems:
• 1 Sanitary drainage network
• 1 storm drainage network
• 1 domestic cold water network
• 1 centralized domestic hot water network
• 1 Natural gas network
