Olivier Mongrain began his career at ORAM as a project manager in 2003. He rose through the ranks and was eventually named co-president in 2020. He is responsible for strategy along with the rest of the executive team and oversees cost estimating, value engineering, and ensuring every customer enjoys the ORAM Experience.

Olivier’s strong personality shines through in everything he does. The words “status quo” aren’t in his vocabulary. His integrity, discipline, and attention to detail are matched only by his dedication and diligence.

The granddaughter of ORAM’s founder, Marie-Claude Allaire joined the team in 2015 as an assistant to the comptroller. Appointed co-president on February 1, 2020, she oversees the Finance, HR, and IT departments, and is responsible for communications and marketing decisions. She also helps steer ORAM’s strategic planning with the rest of the executive team.

An accomplished female manager in a male-dominated field, Marie-Claude expertly balances several seemingly contradictory priorities: she is an exceptional planner but an expert communicator, she places equal importance on her work, health, and family, and she is entrepreneurial but also believes strongly in giving back.

Like so many contractors, Sylvain Allaire grew up in construction. A trained plumber, he served as ORAM’s president for more than 40 years. Now, he’s an ORAM ambassador, promoting our services to current and future clients.

Recognized for his vision, discipline, leadership, and care for others, Sylvain also stands apart for his dedication to his community, particularly the Fondation Pallia-Vie and the Fondation Allaire.

Stéphanie Savard began her career at ORAM in the HR Department in early 2019. In spring 2020, she was named Director of Operations and was put in charge of overseeing human resources, training, and process management here at ORAM. In 2021, she took the reins of the Coordination, Prefabrication, Procurement, and Warehouse Departments, and in spring 2022, she was named ORAM’s Vice President of Operations.

Stéphanie’s keen understanding of ORAM’s strategic challenges and her attention to detail make her the perfect person to ensure we reach our strategic goals and that all our cross-functional processes, from HR to IT to commercial construction, are in sync. She also supports and coaches ORAM’s team members and shares our vision and values with them.

Pierre Fortin joined ORAM’s executive team at the end of 2020 and was named Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development in spring 2022. He works actively with ORAM’s co-presidents to create and implement business development and customer relations plans. As head of marketing, he is responsible for ORAM’s branding and image. He also coordinates project launches with operations and forecasts both sales and revenue to ensure ORAM’s growth aligns with our strategic goals.

A remarkably versatile professional with extensive experience negotiating executive-level contracts, Pierre knows how to build the trust needed to close big deals.

Steve Turner has been with ORAM since 2001 and got his start as a residential distributor. In 2011, he started managing the Service Department. In 2016, he took over managing ORAM’s commercial projects, and he joined the executive team in 2019.

Steve is very hard-working and cares about his team’s well-being. He never shies away from a challenge that will help the company grow while consistently delivering the level of service our clients have come to expect.

Élodie Labelle first joined the ORAM team in January 2022 as our lead organizational development business partner. She was promoted to director of talent, culture & organizational development in fall 2022. In her new role, she manages the talent, culture, and organizational development team and develops strategies for recruitment, training and development, compensation, wellness, and occupational health and safety that align with ORAM’s vision and values.

Her background, experience, enthusiasm, and willingness to pitch in are valuable assets for all things talent related at ORAM, especially strategic and organizational development and coaching.

Graduated engineer from ÉTS with around ten years of project management experience, Frédéric Grimard has been working within the ORAM team since November 2022 as a project director. His responsibilities include planning and coordinating site activities and project costs, monitoring performance indicators, leading certain projects, and team members.

A committed and engaging manager, he has mastered the art of rallying the team to advance the issues under his responsibility while providing quality, efficient, and high-performing service.

Having joined the ORAM team in 2011, Marco rose through the ranks, starting his career as a plumber before progressing to the position of foreman, finally being promoted to general superintendent 10 years later, in 2021. At the heart of the operations team, he plans and coordinates site activities and supervises the progress of the work. He also supervises his teams of foremen and plumbers on site in compliance with predetermined quality standards, ensuring that work methods meet efficiency standards.

A versatile, organized and rigorous team man, he never hesitates to share his knowledge, with the underlying objective of establishing a culture of continuous improvement and elevating his foremen in their role as managers.
