Built by Bastium Construction, Wellington sur le Bassin is located near the Peel Basin and is the fourth residential tower in District Griffin, Devimco Immobilier’s mixed-use project. Wellington sur le Bassin will include 380 new condos and next in a line of distinguished builds that includes the Hexagone, St Ann, and MaryRobert projects, which are all part of one of Montreal’s most ambitious real estate developments.
Our task
ORAM was contracted to install the following plumbing systems:

- Domestic cold water piping
- Centralized hot water system
