The Virtuo project by Cogir Immobilier on Boulevard Curé-Labelle in the Sainte-Rose neighbourhood of Laval will feature 139 new rental units. The building is located less than a kilometre from Rivière des Mille Îles and will have a total of 193 bathrooms.
