This new residential Jadco Construction project is being built on the site of a commercial area at the corner of Boulevard Brunswick and Avenue Revcon in Pointe-Claire. The existing commercial spaces, also called Place Frontenac, will be demolished to make way for four new residential towers. Phase 1 will include 245 new units across 11 storeys.
Our task
ORAM was contracted to install the following plumbing systems:
- Sanitary drainage system
- Rainwater drainage system
- Domestic cold water piping
- Centralized domestic hot water system
- Natural gas piping
