Fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, Névéa aims to achieve Fitwel certification, ensuring the well-being and health of its occupants. As one of the few buildings in Canada to operate without fossil fuels, it will earn carbon credits for its sustainability efforts.
Residents will enjoy a wide range of amenities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, a multipurpose room, and a rooftop terrace. Strategically located on Chomedey Boulevard, between Saint-Elzéar Boulevard and Highway 440, it offers convenient access to major roadways and a variety of nearby shops.
The work, carried out by Groupe GDI, will take place from November 2024 to July 2026.
