This three-phase development project by Sotramont Construction is located near the intersection of Hymus and Saint-Jean boulevards in Pointe-Claire. When completed, it will have 467 rental condos in towers that will be among the tallest in Pointe-Claire. So far, we’ve completed the first two phases.
Our task
ORAM was contracted to install the following plumbing systems:
- Sanitary drainage system
- Rainwater drainage system
- Domestic water piping
- Natural gas piping
- Generator fuel system

To help reduce project costs, we met with the developer and suggested having just one service room and booster pump for all three phases. We also helped optimize:
- Distribution method and pipe layout
- Pressure management
- Specialized equipment proposals
- Trade coordination
