Designed with an eco-responsible aim, this project of 268 rental units from CONSTRUGEP aims for LEED certification and meets the highest standards in terms of energy performance. Strategically located in the heart of Laval, the 10-story building integrates innovative solutions: electric car-sharing service reserved for residents, electric bike sharing and urban agriculture on the roof. The carefully finished unit is designed to offer comfort, quality and durability, close to all services.
