Our task

For this project, we hired a mechanical engineer and supplied and installed the following plumbing systems:

• Sanitary drainage system
• Rainwater drainage system
• Domestic water piping
• Natural gas piping

ORAM Expertise

Our team was tapped early on in the design process and we leveraged our expertise to help finalize the plans faster and get the building permit.

We also helped the mechanical engineer plan out the pipe layout as well as the layout and location of the boiler rooms according to where the city water and gas lines were.
