This 277-unit multifamily project by Corsim is being developed on Rue Saint-Antoine in downtown Montreal. The look of the building is a key part of the project, so Corsim decided to keep the original façade of the building, which was built in 1913 for the offices of The Canadian Fairbanks-Morse Company.
Our task
ORAM was contracted to install the following plumbing systems:
- Sanitary drainage system
- Rainwater drainage system
- Domestic water piping
- Natural gas piping
- Generator fuel system

We leveraged our expertise to help reduce project costs and suggested that the developer modify the designs for both the hot water recirculation system and the domestic hot- and cold-water systems:
- Distribution method and pipe layout
- Pressure management
- Recirculation pump selection
