This massive mixed-used project by Édyfic Construction combines commercial restaurant space, rental units, condos, and a 26-storey office tower with an unobstructed view of the surrounding city and green spaces. The Nobel Solar complex is located in Solar Uniquartier in Brossard and is connected directly to a station on the new REM light metro.
Our task
ORAM was contracted to install the following plumbing networks and systems:
- Sanitary drainage system
- Rainwater drainage system
- Domestic water lines
- Natural gas piping
- Mixed water system
- Chilled water system
ORAM Expertise
For this multi-use project, our team helped the customer and mechanical engineer modify the HVAC network they were considering:
- Initial HVAC network: 4-pipe fan-coil system ($$$)
- New mixed-water network: 2-pipe heat pump system ($$)
We leveraged our ORAM Expertise to help the engineer optimize network and system capacity and select the delivery method for these networks.
