As part of phase 2 of the Henri-Fabre rental project, Syscomax is constructing a new commercial building on the site of the former Mirabel airport along Autoroute 50. Once completed, it will be home to six new businesses.
Our task
We were asked to provide engineer-approved designs for the following plumbing systems and to install them:
- Sanitary drainage system
- Rainwater drainage system
- Domestic water piping
- Natural gas piping

We helped design and install the building’s gas heaters and coordinate the piping for all four systems.
